Actually, the speed of light in an ideal vacuum is exactly, precisely equal to 1.

Me confused now too :eek2:

1 what?

Exclusion Principle - first set out by Wolfgang Paulie (for electrons), the condition that no two like "fermions" (e.g. two protons and two electrons) in an Atom may occupy the same quantum level at the same time, i.e., they may not have identical sets of "quantum numbers"...

more Facts Folks:

Racoon

Aquariums have been proven to reduce stress and enhance calm.

(except that is for the the owner and/or person in charge of maintaining them!)

This is a fact and a proven one as well. It has been figured out that placing aquariums in high stress areas such as doctors' and dentists' waiting rooms reduces patient anxiety. In retirement homes as well.

Right now people are devising newer ways to opress and kill other people!

DDstrbd

This is also a fact! One that sucks royally but a fact nontheless!!

It is commonly believed children that are physicly and/or sexually abused will be very likely to grow up and do the same. (And they are often discriminated against for this very reason! Even if they don't display any tendency towards such behavior)

1 Rad (rd - Radiation Dose) = 0.01 J of energy absorbed per kg.

1 Joule (J) = the work of 1 newton through a distance of 1 meter.

1 Newton (N) = force that will accelerate 1 kg mass at 1m/sec^2

quarky,

?? I thought 1 newton was the force required to hold one gram suspended against the force of gravity? =9.8m/s^2 acelleration per g?
