(for now)And I know you Hypographers are pretty crafty with these fandangled contraption thingees... I gleened a lot about Mac's and Computer software stuff in the "Do You Mac?" threadSo thank you!! :) I may learn something yet. :doh: and I will post any computer questions here too... OH! What is ICQ? and what does it do? and how? I was gonna' pick Panjandrum's brain with it. Its a program that lets you talk to people through the internet in real time - some offer voice conversations but most are text based. The only thing I do online is Hypography and Google searches.minus the internet porn! ;) I only use a computer for typing up research papers and assignments for school. I am such a Virgin.I don't play video games either...I am pretty clueless really. The users are given a UIN (universal internet number) from 300,000,000 to 1 and anything in between, some people focused on taking over and selling low 6, 5, 4 and 3 digit nunbers, some i beleive are still availble for sale on Ebay. ICQ was far ahead of its time with its features back in its day, they were the first to come out with features like offline support, multi-user character-by-character chats, resumable file transfers, SMSes, greeting cards and more including P2P type searchable directory and POP3 support...
