Hangover?

well, hangovers are shock and dehydration.

 

the ways i never get a (bad) hangover are:

 

-water while you drink

 

-water the next morning

 

-and a flat beer WILL actually help because it will eliminate that withdrawal of the toxins, and by being flat, will not add carbonated gasses to expand and irritate your stomach.

 

-also, waking up early makes me feel as if i start the hangover process sooner, which makes me feel it ends sooner. so if you need to be clear by noon, wake up around 8, because waking up at noon will probably cause a remaining hangover.

 

bread helps, of course, in soaking up all that crap you drank.
