I'm doing a little flashback..

In my early twenties I used to smoke a bowl of chronic and then ride my bike to the gym to lift weights. :turtle:

Pretty hard core, so I needed some hard core music to give me an edge..

So I remember listening to the DOC. ;)

This song in particular.

YouTube - The Grand Finale - The D.O.C. (ft. Eazy-E & N.W.A.) http://youtube.com/watch?v=2vvbEFyDp6Y

And no one showed us to the land

And no one knows the wheres or whys

But something stirs and something tries

And starts to climb toward the light

Strangers passing in the street

By chance two separate glances meet

And I am you and what I see is me

And do I take you by the hand

And lead you through the land

And help me understand the best I can

:D

Echoes gets my vote for best lyrics on Meddle (listening now :)).

My favorite musically would probably be San Tropez, but it's so hard to pick, they're all good.

EDIT: And coincidentally my 1000th post! ;) :) :D

Pink Floyd: Pigs on a Wing.

Google Music: Pink Floyd

(Part 1)

If you didn't care what happened to me,

And I didn't care for you

We would zig zag our way

through the boredom and pain

Occasionally glancing up through the rain

Wondering which of the buggers to blame

And watching for pigs on the wing.

(Part 2)

You know that I care what happens to you

And I know that you care for me

So I don't feel alone

Of the weight of the stone

Now that I've found somewhere safe

To bury my bone

And any fool knows a dog needs a home

Listening to 'High Time' by the Grateful Dead. ;)

"The wheels are muddy...got a ton of hate...

tomorrow come trouble, tomorrow come pain...

I could show you a high time, living the good life (don't be that way)...

Nothing's for certain, it can always go wrong."

 :cheer: :) :)
