Just to get you going: In line with your mentioned exception, there are all those werewolves out there who think that Kate Beckinsale would be delicious. Feeding rates are not well understood. No one who really knows has lived to tell, unless they had a really good reason to lie. There is much lore to indicate that not all bitten individuals either die or become vamps.
