I voted "maybe" rather than "yes" because if peer pressure is great enough, then true "mutual consent" becomes unattainable (as mentioned earlier). Although I am inclined to agree with Michaelangelica's last post... As an alternative, I suggest bean-bag shotguns at 40 feet until one surrenders.
