sanctus Posted December 15, 2005 Report Share Posted December 15, 2005 I used to watch dvds of zone 1 and 2 on my computer, but eventually I had to choose a definitive choice if I wanted to watch only zone1 or only zone 2 dvds. Killean Posted December 15, 2005 Report Share Posted December 15, 2005 The firmware on your DVD drive has used up its limit on how many times you can change the region code (meant to prevent international pirating). What you need to do is look for a version of your models firmware image that has removed this limit. Where such a beast exists I have no clue, but I heard that you can purchase a universal image.
