Rosemary Kennedy's Lobotomy

So, I was thinking today about Rosemary Kennedy's Lobotomy(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosemary_Kennedy) and how they had their own daughter "Nerve stapled"(https://stellaris.paradoxwikis.com/Traits#Nerve_Stapled). I was wondering if they raped her after they had the procedure done because Joseph Kennedy had raped people in the past according to some reports dealing with the "Pantages of Rape"(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_P._Kennedy_Sr.). She was 23 when the procedure was done. I was thinking about how powerful this family was in the past along with this seeming like something that he would do based on their corruption with other things and ties with the mafia. What do you think about this, do you think anyone is that evil?

"In her early young adult years, Rosemary Kennedy experienced seizures and violent mood swings. In response to these issues, her father arranged a prefrontal lobotomy for her in 1941 when she was 23 years of age; the procedure left her permanently incapacitated and rendered her unable to speak intelligibly."

Sounds like her father wanted her to be  non rebelling and compliment to his needs , she couldn't say no, and she couldn't understand  what was going on  . eg her father  was a very disturbed and dangerous individual,   he was the one that should have had a prefrontal lobotomy instead of Rosemary Kennedy  the father has too much power  and got away with anything he wanted to

According to the Wiki link you provided (Victor):

Following the lobotomy, Rosemary was immediately institutionalized. [88] In 1949, she was relocated to Jefferson, Wisconsin, where she lived for the rest of her life on the grounds of the St. Coletta School for Exceptional Children (formerly known as "St. Coletta Institute for Backward Youth"). [89] Kennedy did not visit his daughter at the institution.

From that, it seems that rape was not part of the problem, but this certainly highlights the dangers of lobotomy, which should be outlawed in all its forms.

I don't care it was still a monstrous act refer to the (https://www.scienceforums.com/topic/39482-why-lobotomies-of-any-sort-should-be-banned-in-the-world/) thread.
