I don't agree that we are racists by nature.

First of all your argumentation is motivated by cultural differences and not by so-called "racial differences" and therefore doesn't hold.

But even if if I take your motivation as holding, then we would be all xenophobe not racist. Racism implies hate and desire to eradicate, xenophobie is just fear of the unknown.

Anyway I don't believe that we are born xenophobe either, it depends on which level of acceptance of the differences you grow up.
