Boerseun Posted July 6, 2005 Report Share Posted July 6, 2005 Simple. Water is oxydized hydrogen, same as rust is oxydized iron. It has already burned. If you split it up into its constituents, hydrogen and oxygen, you can burn it again - just stand a safe distance away, it does make quite a fair pop. This can be done via electrolysis.
