The forces of evil currently have permission to go back and forth between heaven and earth to use supernaturaly derived data to track person wherabouts, conversations, and whatever else is neccessary to accomplish the opressive objective. The supernaturaly derived data is accumulated via the Cherubims (Ezekiel) and Seraphim (Isiah). Cherubim and Seraphim are animated spirits of God that record all that takes place under the sun. The evil one currently has access to God thus the flying lightning fast info gathering spirits. An unrepetant sinful world is slowly heading towards a one world dictatorship (anti-christ). People will be extorted into getting the mark of the beast "tattoo" (key people will be blackmailed).
