Buffy
Boerseun, what is your current belief in the higher power? As an example of what InfiniteNow is saying, the usage of "the" implies that there is only one, thus constraining possible responses.... What is "power?" What is it "higher" than? If its only "higher" is there a "highest?" The questions go on and on. Make the pie higher, :cocktail:The Buffy
C1ay
Boerseun, what is your current belief in the higher power? Higher than what? Higher on what? Higher as in "above" another or higher as in "stoned" more than another? Enquiring minds want to know.
maikeru
C1ay, The postridah cannot remember at what point in the postridah's life that the belief in an almighty creater manifested. The postridah believes that belief in God was innate. Reading The Holy Bible delights the postridah. The postridah cannot surmise what it is to be like someone else. Therefore we as a civilization believe that which we choose to believe and thus we debate with others who have formulated that which is contrary. The maikeru agrees with the Boersun and thinks that the postridah should go see a doctor or psychiatrist for possible medical or neurological conditions. postridah
Higher power could be roughly translated to Almighty Creator. Does The Boerseun believe there to be an Almighty Creator?
Boerseun
Haha - I've never had so many people answer a question directed at me before, for me!Higher power could be roughly translated to Almighty Creator. Does The Boerseun believe there to be an Almighty Creator?Nope. The Boerseun does not believe in an Almighty Creator. The Boerseun finds those who makes claims to have spoken to or with an Almighty Creator, or having been spoken* to or have been contacted by an Almighty Creator, highly suspicious. == LEGAL NOTICE ==*'Spoken to' includes burning bushes conveying intelligable messages, the seeing (seeing being relative to the observer) of 'visions', parting of oceans, slaying of firstborn infants, the changing of a human into a salt structure in the shape of what is (or might be) commonly known as a 'pillar' (said pillar not exceeding 6 feet in height and 80kg in weight), the laying on of hands, speaking unintelligable gibberish (known as 'tongues'), being regurgitated by ocean-going mammals, or any similar fictional tale. Boerseun
The Holy (Holey?) Spirit seems to have a sense of humour, at least. Albeit a bit on the dry side.

chilehed
You should get to a neurologist, post haste. Brain tumours manifest in precisely this manner. ...Go see a quack before the thing turns malignant.Excellent advice, Boerseun. My first thought was "schizophrenic", but this is also highly probable. In either case, immediate professional help is advisable.
