These fans remind me of my hometown Philadelphia Eagles crowd I'm sorry to say. The last home game against the Giants didn't start until 8pm. That means they had even more time to tailgate and get completely intoxicated. The news reported that a veteran in a wheelchair had his prosthetic leg stolen outside the stadium. It was later found on a subway car.... ahhh yeah. That's why I watch the games from home anymore.

 

in regards to the article, I'm surprised this game even came about. There is some serious bad blood between these two. I think they are lucky they made it out of there alive. I'm curious to know if the game did proceed and what if the Serbs completely routed them how the crowd would react. Interesting to see who was controlling the drone. Like I said in other threads these things are going to be everywhere. Delivering pizzas, small UPS and FedX packages, and events like this. Its going to change our society in the near future.

As said in the article (or the one on BBC which I read before): UEFA and FIFA state that football is never about politics. If I remember correctly there were games like Serbia- Bosnia or Croatia without problems. Also the problems were only the supporters, the players themselves not, they guy who took the flag down thought to remove it for not allowing an escalation not the other way around and the serbian players escorted the albanians out of the field.

 

There is also I really do not understand: when I was travelling through the Balkans, a part of not being allowed from Kosovo into Serbia because we came from Albania, is that when talking with a guy in Montenegro (or Bosnia) I saw so much anger in him against Albanians, but not against Croats or Bosnians. But the latter 2 killed many more Serbs during the wars in the 90ies than Albainans did afterwards. Why this is I fail to undersatnd.
