ledbassest
“Dropping Sands” The sands of time come trickling down, Trickling down to the ground. A lifeless charge To those Who Deny. The sands, the change of time. The last sands drop down, Then as they do, you do the same. Drop.

Queso
you should check out this song...i don't know if you are a fan of mudvayne or not. i'm not much anymore, but i used to be. they have an unreleased song, a really slow-tempo'd melodic song about death, time, and the hourglass.it's called 'goodbye'see if you can download it, if not i'll e-mail it to you or something. REALLY good song.a lot of people just see them for the hard music and screaming, but that band is pretty good musically.
ledbassest
i too used to listen to them a lot and have heard this song. it is a very good song, and they are pretty philosophical in their lyrics.

Queso
at the top of the line like a cloud, falling slow motion, shroud.something comes from, out of the trees, through fog, moonlight, comes,an entity, probably human, but how can we be?even be certrain that we?exist. as the shadow moves closerfrom the realm of darkness we've never questioned. niviene
that's nice writing, led. You have a great creative streak. I am always a little more critical of writing that falls into shapes or physical patterns (I tend to be a little more sceptical of writing capabilities if the writer must put the writing into a shape to draw attention...).. however, I really think this is a nice piece and an example of something that does work well with a shape. Do you keep a book or a journal?
