God is in the fourth dimension.

To be consistent with religious assumptions, God needs to be within a speed of light reference. God is not of matter but is associated with light (light of the world) or the speed of light. At the speed of light, there is no time or all finite time appears in an instant and all distance to infinity, appears as a point. This is how God has omnipresence, since in an instant of time he is everywhere all the time in finite reference.

According to physics, in one was to travel faster that C (speed of light) one could to go back into time and space. What that would do is alter timelines within space-time. As an analogy, say you reached a crossroads of life and made a choice, it leads to a given future. If you could go back in time and make the other choice, the future would be different. This is how God makes chaos work within the universe. We expect a given timeline for an event, but chaos appears to create random with respect to the expected timeline. All that has to happen is C+ back in space-time to a crossroads, to follow another timeline that is not expected. We call this chaos.

If we go back to evolution of man. In finite reference, this took 3 million years. This is well supported by science. But at C this occurs in an instant. It did not occur in an instant within finite reference, but with the C reference of light. There is no reason God used the confusing reference of humans where there is no simultaneity. He picked the only reference that is independent of all reference and acts the same in all references. The speed of light is constant and steady.
