What Do You Think About the Targeted Individual Phenomenon (V2K, Mind Control, etc.)?

I recently came across this website that offers support and information for Targeted Individuals (TIs):

It talks about things like Voice to Skull (V2K), electromagnetic harassment, mind control technologies, and other forms of targeting that some people believe they are experiencing.

I’m curious – what are your thoughts on this whole subject?

• Do you think TIs are real victims of covert harassment?

• Have you heard of technologies like V2K or DEWs (Directed Energy Weapons)?

• Do you find the website helpful, or do you think it's spreading fear/misinformation?

• Could some of these experiences have psychological explanations?

Basically, I think that people have brain computer interfaces that are wireless and are using them on people, I began researching this subject initially to patent it then after a person said they had this device used on them I researched it more deeply. I think that such technology could be used for mind control as discussed in this thread (Quantum Entanglement Brain Computer Interface(Psychic Weapons) - Computer Science and Technology - Science Forums). At this point, I think I know how to make such a device after me and Halc discussed it along with other members of the forums using A.I. analysis of the subject. According to some people, they say they are being victimized by said technology which I believe to be foreign powers using it on government and non-government people which is called "Havana Syndrome", which even Law Enforcement want to know what causes this however the assessment that it is a foreign power is deemed "Unlikely" but possible(2 U.S. spy agencies see foreign enemy in some ‘Havana syndrome’ attacks - The Washington Post). Organizations within the U.S. government and Scientists are researching the cause of this and trying to figure out what causes this and there are many theories on the cause from microwave weapons to Brain-Computer Interfaces (Microwave weapons that could cause Havana Syndrome exist, experts say | Weapons technology | The Guardian).

However, I want to point out no one is exactly certain what causes this "Havana Syndrome" where people hear these noises after being subjected to possibly microwave weapons or brain computer interfaces that are wireless. It is clear this has happened to thousands of people within the United States some of which were government employees which are currently being treated by medical staff. There is some evidence that certain drugs such as Anti-psychotics(What medications are used when people hear voices? | Understanding Voices) can prevent the noises from being heard from the microwave weapons or whatever is causing this which are called "Auditory Hallucinations" caused by this microwave weapon or Brain Computer Interface. This is most likely artificial stimulation to neurons causing them to fire and register noises in the Auditory processing areas of the brain located in the Temporal Lobe by this device or whatever is causing this "Havana Syndrome" disease(Frontiers | Evoking artificial speech perception through invasive brain stimulation for brain-computer interfaces: current challenges and future perspectives). Though, MRI scans of victims of "Havana Syndrome" show no signs of brain damage caused by whatever is doing this (New study finds no brain injuries among ‘Havana syndrome’ patients | PBS News).

As you can tell I have done a lot of research on the subject, but I think it is likely to exist was my conclusion, but I want to say this is my opinion based on research of the subject, it is unclear what is actually happening more research is needed. I think your website is fine but other people may have other opinions about its scientific accuracy which is something that I noticed that you people don't fully understand the technology involved and biophysical processes that cause it.
