First published in "Naval Timber and Arboriculture". How about that. Seriously.No wonder no one read it! when was the last time you read "Naval Timber and Arboriculture":) There were a lot of "Darwinian"/evolutionary type ideas around before Darwin. Someone even presented a paper at the same time as Darwin on evolution (Poor guy can't remember his name).Darwin just systematised it and gave detailed examples. Even then, the poor bugger agonised for years about presenting his ideas, as he knew it would go against biblical fundamentalismBuffy posted a site where all Darwin's works are to be posted .
