stolly
I am struggling with this problem about moles... What is the mass of 1.0 millimole of sulfur dioxide? I am aware that 1 mole is equal to 1000 millimoles, but I can't figure out this problem. What is the answer, and how did you get to the answer? thanks
Fishteacher73
1 mole of a substance weighs in grams what the molecule weighs in AMU's.
stolly
so then the weight of sulfur dioxide is 64.07 grams... now to get the weight in 1 milligram would I multiply 64.07 by .001 to get one thousandth of 64.07? is my logic correct? If I am correct... then the weight would be .06407 grams. Help please.... thanks
