Tormod Posted August 9, 2005 Report Share Posted August 9, 2005 I just watched the NASA webcast with the safe landing of Space Shuttle Discovery...wow...it is exciting stuff. Too bad they had to l and at Edwards since it was still night there but the infrared cameras which followed the shuttle made it look like a firefly dancing across the screen. Congrats NASA. Thats good to hear, I was getting worried when i heard about some of the problems that occured during take-off. I hadn't heard anything about a safe landing untill i saw this post.
