petrushkagoogol
Hypofrontality is a double-edged sword - * It can prompt you to take a stroll in the park, which reduces the strain on the pre-frontal cortex, and focuses on simple rhythmic tasks like walking. * It sensitizes the neural pathways, de-sensitizes the reward system (which leads to excessive cravings), and manifests itself as socially awkward behaviors like excessive scouring of the net for adult content. This is because more and more levels of serotonin are required to achieve satiety, which inevitably leads to dependence on anti-depressants (SSRI -serotonin inhibitors). How do you see-saw between the benefits of a good walk and the anathema of an addiction ? Edited June 24, 2017 by petrushkagoogol
