Do Chinese Science Journals ...?

We could not clarify some queries about the power at the background of the english society why they are too demanding to the economy/money. There exist highly serious and uncertain parameters that we are unable to make any explanation  for the portrait of the loveness or happiness. (IT IS A DEEP MYSTERY AND TO BE HONEST, WE DO NOT WANT TO INTERFERE OR TOUCH IT)

 

So,

 

1) Do chinese journals accept engineering or  hard theoretic SCIENCE articles ? (We are unable to reach out/apply patent institutes) 

2) are chinese journals indexed by TS Reuters ?)

 

We would inform that all the threads that we have been opening just today contain some  "potentialities or probailities"  amongst details

because  we are rationalist ,thus generally we need at least one STRONG evident whenever we would allege anything. (e.g. clear video camera record). meanwhile we are sensitive at normative ethics and carefully pay attention to it. 

 

 

 

CORRECTION: we implied whether chinese journals accept the articles in ENGLISH language in 1st query.
