pljames Posted January 4, 2013 Report Share Posted January 4, 2013 I have tried to understand the workings of the brain. It still is a mystery to me. But I seem to understand the mind some what better. There are mysteries there as well. I have discovered there's mind chatter. It's hard for me to define every thought as a value or not. My belief makes the thought alive and have value plus if given valve it takes on a mind of it's own and in some cases controls you and not vice versa. I have to be careful with my emotions because I am high strung and any value I give to any emotion (especially negatives) cause's me to react negatively to it and allow it to control me and not vice versa.
