... supposedly when a nutrino hits the nuetron ...

well, if you think about it, supposedly when a nutrino hits the nuetron in a duterium hydrogen atom, it knocks the extra nuetron off producing a spark of red light

according to my model, this would be the decreasing frequency of the impetali process, thereby transducing the frequency of the instance of physical matter to a certain amount of photons

in this case, it is potentially possible

since the frequency of the interation decreases as the extra energy is thrown off (similar to a half life)

then it is possible to change states of energy from the positive side, to the negative side

the type of procdess would be difficult to make

you would have to find a way to make light gather in an area, while not moving

while the electron that is bound to the nucleus of the atom is in one spot, and depending on the amount of electrons around an atom changes it's phase

solid, liquid, gas plasma

which brings up a specific question

what is this phase shift

since we define how many electrons are bound by an atom by atomic number

why when given energy in the infrared spectrum, does the phase shift? (taking onto consideration a full electron shell )

anyway, i think that it is possible to transduce photons into impetali
