I am a Clinical Biochemist that has spent 20+ years trying to discover what really is the cause for human heart attack, how to minimize damage, etc. My hobby is propagating Moringa trees, that have enough protein in their leaves to prevent Kwashiorkor in children. I work with students that may go to any of 150 countries where we have educational and health care work. I discovered this page through the article on "termite guts can save the planet" - a great new idea that will take much to make it work.
