Thunderbird
The “Green Team” training grant is funded by the men and women on probation , so it is not paid for by tax payers. Once we have enough people trained then , the Green team will weatherize low income homes to help out the tax payer and people in the homes by lowing the cost of heating assistance, heating bills and national dependence on fossil fuels , and, green house gas out put.A team made up of Washington County Partnership , P@P , Corrections , and AmeriCorps VISTA Reentry ( me) have been working for the last year to make project a success and its got some national attention along with some APME awards. It looks as if it may duplicated nationally! :) News » Training ex-offenders for 'green collar' jobs » Daily Journal Online - Park Hills, MO
