I'm a big fan of his work at New Alchemy Institute and Ocean Arks International. He talked about his Living Machines and his recent work: A New Shared Economy For Appalachia He mentioned biochar which got me interested. I'm a back to the land, alternative energy, organic gardening, hippie type mechanical engineer. Big project lately is refurbishing a hydroelectric plant.
