After nearly two years of campaigning, I find that I don't really give a rodent's rear what COULD have happened if only THAT had been differently. Suffice it to say, that if McCain had had a different running mate, it either:1) would have gotten him elected2) would have wound up the same as it did3) would have been so much worse that McCain would have dropped out of the race, shaved his head, changed his name, become a vegetarian and moved to North Vietnam.
