If the enemy holds the high ground, do not ascend and do battle with him. This is positioning the army in the mountains. After crossing a river, you must stay far away from it. If the enemy crosses a river, do not meet him in the water. When half of his forces has crossed, it will then be advantageous to strike. Personally I work out at the gym 2-3 times a week. I like girls who stay in shape as well. Here's the thing about this though... What she really wants to know depends on the girl, I mean thats a case by case thing. Personally I usually just answer honestly and if the girl gets mad about it I'm just like "Look here, you asked me obviously cause you wanted to know. Come with me to the gym if you are worried about the way you look. No I won't guarantee that I will stay with you if you don't care about the way you look. Of course if she really doesn't look fat and rather looks damn good instead and is just worried about her thickness being interpreted as fat then I'd probalby just make out with her for asking.
