First, the Social Security checks would go out. All interest would be paid on federal notes and bonds. And to have the money, he would save $10 billion by not paying out corporate subsidies in the year and another $30 billion for not paying corporate agricultural subsidies. Next, he would stop funding military projects and cut off Congressional salaries and expenses. I think by that time the Republicans would be beating up or shooting Tea Party members!
