  1. Thanks :]
  2. I'm still in highschool, so I have virtually no access to anything chemical-wise, except things that can be purchased by students under 18. I haven't done much outside of school as far as Chemistry. [My at-home experimenting lately has been in cooking, heh.] So, who has some good ideas as to where I can start? Let me know. :]
  3. Being a poor highschool student doesn't help much, either. I suppose if I had the resources, I would perform experiments for my own enjoyment. I plan on going into Science Journalism or something else where I can work indirectly with Chemistry as a career. Until I graduate from highschool, I have limited resources, especially because I can't say to my mother "I'll need your kitchen today because I'll be working with dangerous chemicals." We live in a cheap little apartment - definitely not suitable for real chemicals to enjoy real expiriments. Liquid Nitrogen was fun in my Chem class last year, though.
  4. hi everyone :happybirthday: wow i didnt actually expect anyone to reply to that, haha. oh, and FYI... if you have no idea what my name means... I stole it from a Dan Brown book [cheesy, i know] so that might be a little bit of a hint. Dan Brown & Kathy Reichs are the only fiction I read. Well, and Harry Potter haha. Anyways... I'm horrible at posting in forums because I always have a different opinion than everyone else, and then I get argued with. So go easy on me !!!
