How Should I Respond To Those Like Kakakaoo?

It's clear that this user's posts are both spam and disruptive.  I reported the first few posts I came across as spam, but it seems that this account may be replying to all open threads with spam.  What action should I take that would make your life easier in such a situation?  Do I report each post, or since I can assume that you recognize the problem, should I just ignore it?  Is there anything the regular users of the forum can do to help clean up this kind of mess?

Easiest thing to do is just report the latest one, indicating that the same account posted many others, and leave it at that.

What we do is to simply ban them and that deletes all their spam in one click (warning to persistent spammers like this one: don't waste your time, it's easy to clean up after you).
