How is it that we have advanced guidance systems for NBC (nuclear-biological-chemical) warheads, but have not succeeded in providing clean drinking water to all children around the world ?
Is it because we still support a culture of tribalism, and our behavior still uses ancient metaphors, our autonomic nervous system (linked to primitive impulses), still dominates over our central nervous system (linked to rationality and thought processes) ?
Does this point to a sub-optimal evolutionary pattern for society ?     :zip:
