    Hello! I'm from near Sydney, Nova Scotia... "The Other Sydney" I am an Engineer, and live in the woods. Lots of water, but not very much cleared land. I am interested in Terra Preta and charcoal, firstly as a way to build up soil for a garden, and secondly, in the gasification of forest waste to generate power and heat. Terra Preta is fascinating, and I would like to fully understand it, and the growing paradigm associated with it. Best wishes, Barra
