Why Is There An Anomaly Between Velocity Addition And Invariant Time-Space?

I have found something interesting basically if you take the coordinates in Invariant time-space as  (X,Y,Z,t) coordinates it does not yield the same answer as velocity addition formulas in Special Relativity, which the addition formulas are derived from the Invariant time-space formula, why is this(http://www.sciencefo...ference-fringe/)? If truly there is a double value(anomaly) in Einstein's equations then Special Relativity is wrong. There should be no anomaly between Minkowski/Cartesian 4-D or 3-D coordinates and Polar Coordinates...
