Having troubles

For some reason it would not let me post a thread in the community polls section. I'm not sure why. I looked for any announcements or any PM's in my inbox but found none? Is there a reason or is it just User Error? :shrug:

Can you take & upload some screenshots of the error?

 

Screenshot:

1. press "print Screen" or "prnt scrn" button on your keyboard

2. open an image program like paint or IrfanView

3. paste into program

4. save file

5. upload saved file(s)

I'm no expert, but I think another possibility is that you have to subscribe to certain forums, and give a reason why you think you should be allowed onto them....
