Simple Harmonic Motion

I hope somebody can help me!

A body having mass of 50kg vibrates with a SHM of frequency 5Hz and amplitude 25mm.

I've got to find out the velocity of the body and the force required to overcome its inertia, after moving 5mm from the extremity of the vibration. Also the time taken to move from this position to a point 10mm past the centre of the vibration.

I've worked out a force of 987N and an acceleration of 19.74m/s^2 for the first part, but i'm not really sure what to do next or if this is corrrect!!
