Directions for directions....

How do you explain; For DNA to replicate, many specific helper proteins are required to help the strand unzip, .... If the directions for the manufacture of those proteins are IN the DNA, which they are, how did the DNA replicate before those portions of the DNA containing those directions "evolved", or came to be?? Just wondering...
