I LOVE this site, but...

At the moment we have three kinds of ads: Google ads (which occasionally are replaced with ads from another network if Google has no ads to display), popups (only displayed for non-logged in users), and the AdLinks which are the underlined links. I think this is a fair trade-off for letting the forums be free for all.

Small price to pay for this excellent site.

And the subscription price is more then fair.

I do not usually subscribe to sites as my varying interests would end up costing me a fortune, but I am beginning to see that this site will be the exception to the rule.

Thank you for the kinds words, Kayra.

We hare invested heavily in leasing a new server and software and it is costing quite a bit. It is necessary in order to keep up with the increased activity - hopefully we should be set for at least 12 months, but if things keep growing at this rate we'll be expanding again before then.

I've received an e-mail from Gleason at Kontera, telling me that I can not turn off these adverts.

Ughaibu, can you please PM that e-mail to me? I have been in touch with Kontera and the opt-out feature is temporarily unavailable and will come back up ASAP.
