Okay, I can explain this you will always have a force toward the center of mass, basically gravity will always pull you toward the center of the earth. If you dropped  into a hole that went all the way through the Earth you would first gain kinetic energy from the force of gravity then stop gaining kinetic energy in the middle of the Earth and would go no further unless you had enough kinetic energy to keep moving but as you moved toward the other side of the hole you would lose kinetic energy when moving away from the center of mass due to the force of gravity pulling you toward the center of mass then fall back toward the middle again gaining kinetic energy as you fell toward the middle again repeating this many times. Eventually after many trips up and down Air Friction would cause you to settle in the middle of the Earth as all of the kinetic energy is lost to friction of the air as heat. You would spend all eternity until the day you died in the middle of the Earth unless someone saved you or there was a ladder or something that you could climb to get out of the middle of the Earth, but none of this matters you would be killed by the heat as you approached the middle of the Earth probably melted by the heat of air friction or just that it is really hot at the center of the Earth(http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/Mechanics/earthole.html).
