Flummoxed 220
Will human be able to live till 120 in 20-30 years with some intervention such as a longevity drug or therapy? Not referring to brain uploading, even though that could make us live forever, Thanks A Life support machine might help. :) Would 120 year old people be a burden on the young, who might tire of supporting them ? The oldest verified living currently lives in Japan https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_oldest_living_people The oldest verified died isnt living anymore but reached 122 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_verified_oldest_people There are lots of 90 year olds around some very alive and others senile. Increasing their longevity by approx 25% might get them to a 120. The life span of mice has been increased by about 25% ish http://longevityalliance.org/?q=first-gene-therapy-successful-against-aging-associated-decline-mouse-lifespan-extended-24-single maybe 120 is possible. What if we already do live forever and this human body is just a place for our consciousness to experience different scenarios and enjoy a 3rd dimensional illusion.
