She needs an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Where should she go for consultation? Could it be a Psychologist, Psychiatrist or a Therapist? I was advised by a friend that a psychiatrist can help with an additional treatment and some medication. But, she pointed out that we need to clarify and identify developing depression including problematic thoughts to counseling services.
