petrushkagoogol Posted April 5, 2017 Report Posted April 5, 2017 1. Most adults, and indeed most teens, find it inconvenient to interact with * older people * children However in the first case, we can access the past, well beyond our years, through sharing our thoughts In the latter case, we can access the future, well beyond our life expectancy on this planet. What relativity cannot do in the physical realm, sociological interactions can in the realm of the mind. It is possible then to delve into the past and foresee the future in the current time frame. It is simply a matter of re-programming the mind. 2. When going to work by bus several years ago, I used to pass a garbage heap, that had a horrific stink, that disturbed the mind. This was 1 km approx from my workplace. However, I thought of this as a mental "bug", and found a workaround. I began to view this an olfactory marker that I had neared my workplace. And a negative stimulus turned into a positive sign !!! Another example of re-programming the mind ! Do you think this will work ? Quote
