Rhythms In The Human Body

Recommended Posts

Essential processes in the human body have natural rhythms -

* circulation

* respiration

* digestion (from ingestion to defecation)

* sleep

Non-essential processes on the other hand do not have any recurrent pattern -

* reading a book

* having sex

* exercising

However if non-essential rhythms are executed with a recurrent rhythm, it improves the efficacy of the same -

* reading a book (before bedtime)

* having sex (either early morning or before bedtime)

* exercising (early morning at sunrise)

Do you agree ?  :innocent:
