Junoo
Why would the disparity in the predicted and observed velocities of stars at the periphery of galactic orbits not be caused by frame dragging? If galactic orbits are coordinated by SMBH's might there be a radius that within the AM of bodies is corrected and that beyond this radius the cumulative correction within forces a further correction in radial velocity as an expansion of space along the orbits of peripheral systems? Could a lens-shear radius be identified?
