pljames Posted February 15, 2013 Report Share Posted February 15, 2013 Philosophy has many sub disciplines. Even each student has their own person idea on what the word means to them. I give my opinion some else interprets that opinion. What have I learned is there is more than one way to understand a discipline. In my quest to understand what others think and understand about their understanding of philosophy it still comes down to ones opinion. I was wrong in thinking about arguing is the best avenue to follow because of a pride issue (mine). Thank you all for setting me straight. I still apply psychological/analytically philosophy to my understanding because it shows me why people think what they think. I analyse after I think and not before critically thinking.
