Hope to behave here, but a little bit of attention deficit shows up in my work. I don't think the brain stops, it just jumps to another track and maybe comes back. It isn't all bad: you get to think of a lot of extra things and provides a good excuse for all my stupidity. Am old enough to have learned some things by accident, and am always glad to help if I can or think I can. Carl Sagan's advice is near and dear to me, especially his point that there are no authorities in science.
