Remember this is different from Bachelor of Engineering OR Bachelor of Technology which are both 4 year courses. 2nd computer science deals mostly with the hardware part and netwroking while information technology deals with Software part. But i agree that from your career perspective the institute you pursue the course from would matter more than the course itself No Bachelor of Engineering i.e BE or Bachelor of Technology i.e BTech. (They are equivalent) are superior than Bachelor of Science i.e BSc @ Ethan1) My answer was specific to INDIA2) Looks to me that the person who asked the questions wants the difference between BSc.
