Just hang around and follow the discussion in the various forums (chemistry needs more people like yourself!). Reputation is thoe green boxes above your avatar (red above mine) under your name. Hover your cursor over them to see the person's 'reputation score' basically a quick way to find out if someone is well liked, or not :eek:. Try it, click the blue checkmark.
