Turtle Posted August 27, 2015 Report Share Posted August 27, 2015 (edited) Turtle uses an old plastic flat-bottomed basket from a kaput machine, sets the basket with a filter in it on his 12 10 oz cup , adds 3 heapy tablespoons of ground coffee at hand (currently a dark roast Sumatran), and pours in all-at-once water at or just below boiling. Black is always good, though I'm not above a dash of 1/2 & 1/2.
