Sorry, I got in a bit late on this... My dad is a civil engineer, and the complex maths he has to do on a daily basis is enough for me to merit a separate forum. Sure, the result of architecture is nice, pretty buildings, but a lot of thought and science go into actually making those building a reality. Just think of the challenges involved in constructing super-skyscrapers and massive bridges. Just my :pirate: though...

Okay. Well I've come up with a description and a cheesy intro sticky... so if someone wants to make the magic happen, feel free to edit these as needed.

Description: [For the] Planning, development, construction, and science of architectural endeavours.

Introduction sticky:

Behold! Hypography’s own Architecture forum.

Finally, a place has been established where engineers, artists, and amateurs can come together to discuss the varied aspects of architecture and its many applications past, present, and future.

Care to discuss various architectural trends?

Wish to reveal your latest building design for critique?

Want to discuss the construction of your city’s next supertall skyscraper?

Do you have a question regarding the science behind an architectural concept?

This is the place for you.

On behalf of Hypography’s staff,

ENJOY!
